Media / Press Credentials

The National Healthcare Reform Conference™, part of the Employer Healthcare Congress,  press credentials are available to full-time editorial staff writers employed by a trade publication, mainstream media outlet (newspaper, radio, TV, etc.), or online magazines. Freelance writers or contributing editors may request press credentials if the event is being covered for a specific publication. Press credentials will entitle you to attend all keynotes, conference sessions, and social events being held during the event.

In accepting a National Healthcare Reform Conference ™ press pass, the recipient agrees to provide tear sheets and/or electronic copies of published articles to National Healthcare Reform Conference ™ within 60 days of the event or when article/story appears in print or online.  The National Healthcare Reform Conference ™ is pleased to provide media professionals with the following on-site support:

√ Assistance in scheduling interviews with speakers
√ Private meeting room to conduct interviews with delegates
√ Access to press room complete with refreshments, and a staff person to answer questions

The Media and Press are invited to the National Healthcare Reform Conference ™. There will be no charge for Press/Media to attend the event. Press/Media will be provided a private room with internet access during the conference for both workspace and for interviews.

Media/Press Pass Form

The Media/Press Pass will be made available to members of the press who wish to attend the National Healthcare Reform Conference and who are actively involved with current issues relating to healthcare reform and who complete the application. The application will be submitted for pre-approval and additional follow up will be required if more information is needed.
