Michael is an Account Executive, provides ART consulting, and is responsible for developing educational programs and best practices for ART programs and account management. He is also directly responsible for managing and servicing ART programs for healthcare clients.

Michael has 25 years of healthcare and pharmaceutical industry risk management/financing experience, as an insurance broker/risk management consultant, and as a corporate risk manager for two leading health systems. Michaelhas a broad base of risk management experience including but not limited to medical professional and managed care liability, workers compensation, and clinical trials liability. He also serves as the Account Executive for several large health care systems that employ both ART financing vehicles and commercial insurance. Michaelhas managed the feasibility analysis and formation of various trusts, captives and Risk Retention Groups.

Michael has also been a full-time and adjunct faculty member in Risk, Insurance and Healthcare Management for the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University since 1987. 

Michael learned his BBA in Accounting and MBA with a specialization in Risk Management from Temple University; and a Law degree from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago. Michaelis a frequent presenter on risk management issues and has written several articles and chapters for various risk management journals and texts.
