Christina Harmon*

Christina Harmon currently serves as Ruby Tuesday’s Director of Benefits and is responsible for managing the carriers and the administration of various employee benefit plans such as life, health, dental, disability insurance, pension plans, for both the corporate and franchise restaurants.  She has also developed a menu of work/life programs and voluntary benefits to enhance recruitment and retention and executed various wellness campaigns.

Prior to joining Ruby Tuesday, Christina worked NGK Berylco, the world’s leading manufacturer of beryllium containing alloys. Primary responsibility for building and transitioning 2,000 former union retiree to new plans and programs due to a corporate relocation from Berks County PA to Sweetwater, TN.
