Colleen DePadua

Colleen DePadua has worked in the benefits industry for more than a decade.  Colleen has experience working on all sides of the industry, from carrier to consulting to employer group.  Currently in her role as Manager of Group Insurance for Black & Decker, she manages insurance programs for more than 8,000 employees within the U.S.   Colleen's knowledge of benefit programs has led to some changes in areas of focus regarding cost containment rather than cost shifting.  It is her belief that motivating employees and their dependents toward healthier lifestyles is the best and most lasting way to control plan costs.
